When performing an Apartment Turnover, if the unit where carpet is being replaced is supposed to be accessible to people with disabilities, be sure to use the ADA Compliant Carpet listed on our CRES Replacement Specification List for interior replacements. This carpet is much easier for people with disabilities to navigate.
