The purpose of the addition of this form and/or form modification is:
C091 Air Conditioner Violation Notice & C395 Air Conditioner Installation Policy forms have been modified to restate the current policy regarding our approved use of only portable air conditioner units. Cambridge provided a year notice with regards to no longer allowing through-the-window air conditioning units due to safety concerns.
The attached forms will be effective until further notice.
