Whenever a Cambridge employee moves onto a property with Tax Credits, HOME, Rural Development, HUD or Risk share units (including individuals that are already residents and then become employees), please remember to submit the move-in to compliance.
This includes those that are moving into exempt staff units!
Example(s):
- Employee is hired and is going to move-in to the exact same unit as the vacating employee
- Submit that information to compliance@cambridgeres.com
- Employee is hired and is going to move-in to a different unit other than the vacating employee
- Submit that information to compliance@cambridgeres.com
- Employee is hired and you already have an employee living on site, resulting in 2 employee staff units
- Submit that information to compliance@cambridgeres.com
- Current resident is joining the Cambridge team, and will be staying in their current unit
- Submit that information to compliance@cambridgeres.com
- Current resident is joining the Cambridge team, and will be moving to a different unit
- Submit that information to compliance@cambridgeres.com
To make it easier to remember, let us know ahead of time about all employees that intend to live on-site. There are strict rules involved with staff units, and we can navigate you through all situations!
