Effectively managing rental rates means that we are able to help achieve the business objectives established by each property ownership group.  And, strong revenue also helps us as property managers provide for the smooth and efficient, long-term operation of each rental community.

If your property is struggling to achieve your revenue goals for the 2013 calendar year, please reach out and contact your property supervisor and begin to develop strategies for a successful second half of the year!

National Night Out – August 6th, 2013

In your site mail earlier this week you should have received this year’s National Night Out packet which includes:

  • Manager planning tool
  • Recap Newsletter from last year
  • Save the Date Flyers for your residents

These were also sent to everyone in an email on Monday, June 3rd.  We hope you find these documents helpful in planning your event.

Another great tool we have developed for you are the draft letters you can customize and send to your local fire or police department requesting their presence at the event.

Please let us know if you have any questions.  Happy planning!

Spring Clean-Up Has Begun!

truckee pines spring clean upThe Community Spring Clean-Up is happening throughout our communities!  We hope you are all getting some good participation from your residents and those dumpsters are filling up.

Great job to the management at Truckee Pines getting their residents to buy into this program!  This dumpster was only in the parking lot for one day and is already overflowing!

If anyone else has photos of their event send them to Misty Stuker via email: mstuker@cambridgeres.com
