Meet Our Mentors!

We would like to introduce you to our new Mentor Program. Sixteen of your fellow co-workers have been nominated by Portfolio Supervisors and Site Employee Resource Center staff for their superb skill set in order to train new employees and also provide additional mentoring to current employees.

We are hoping that this will strengthen the transition period and create room for improvement within the diverse tasks that incorporate your career. If you would like to learn more about the program contact Human Resources or your Supervisor.

Holiday Coverage

managing staffAs we approach the holiday season, we would like to remind employees of the following:

  • When planning time-off remember to communicate with other staff members to assure the property will have sufficient coverage.
  • Planned leave of 3 days or longer must be approved by way of “Paid Leave Request” form.  This can be found on eforms.
  • Approved Paid Leave Request Forms must be attached to time record when submitted to payroll at end of pay period.
  • If a company observed holiday falls on an employee’s scheduled day off, the employee, in agreement with site manager, should take another day off as holiday within the same pay period.
  • To receive holiday pay, except for pre-approved paid time off, employees must work both the scheduled day prior and after a holiday.

To facilitate timely processing of payroll within the holiday schedule, please make sure to fax all time records no later than 11:00 AM Tuesday morning 9/4/12. You may fax time records once all shifts are completed today.
