1. Every Tuesday run the Weekly Power Site Transfer. (Check the monthly calendar for End Of Month schedule.) From the Main Menu select, Communications/Communicate with Home Office.
2. Select Weekly Transfer.
3. The Enter Transfer Date field will default to the current date. The End of Month Transfer field will default to “No”. Enter through the File for ASCII Output field.
4. Answer “R” (Replace File) to the prompt: “.\batch.gls already exits, do you wish to add to it or replace it?”
5. Press any key to continue when you receive the “Files prepared for transmission” message.
** The Transfer to G/L Report will print. File this report in a safe place. Do not lose it. This is the only report generated showing what was transferred and cannot be re-created. If the report does not print, call Corporate Office immediately before doing anything else.
6. Send an email to amsi@cambridgeres.com. The email subject line should include: your Property Number, Weekly Power Site Transfer and the date the transfer was due. (For example: OR123, Weekly Power Site Transfer, 05-13-2002) Include the Property Total from the Transfer to GL report and attach the following files:
- batch.gls
- apsront.dat
Note: You may not have an apsront.dat file each and every week. This file is only created if you have processed a SODA refund since your last weekly file transfer. Always check to see if there is a file to send.
