Did you know that residents can use our online resident referral tool?
Here is how it works:
Step 1 – If a resident should want to refer a friend to your community, offer them the option to use our online referral tool. The form is located under the “Resident” tab on your property website.
Step 2 – Ask them fill out the Refer a Friend form, filling out all the fields including: name, phone number, and email of both the resident and friend.
Step 3 – Two emails will be sent out – one email to the friend inviting them to learn more about the community and one email to you, the manager, giving you the contact details of the resident and the friend.
Step 4 – Follow-up with the friend and call the resident to thank them for the referral!
