Processing a Notice to Vacate
- If the resident drops off a hand-written Notice to Vacate, it is good practice to complete a Resident’s Notice to Vacate Form (#C005) from eForms and have all the adult residents residing in the apartment sign it.
Conduct a Pre Move-Out Inspection
- Remember to schedule the pre move-out inspection.
- Communicate to the resident the importance of the preliminary inspection.
- Use the Itemized Statement Following a Pre Move-Out Inspection form (#C396) from eForms when doing the inspection.
