Ordering Office Supplies
Office Depot supply accounts have been set up for all properties to benefit from the corporate pricing and delivery of supplies to your property.
1. Visit http://officedepot.com
2. Log-in to your account by clicking “My Account”, located on the top right-hand side of the webpage.
3. Use your log in information to access your Office Depot account. If you do not know your log-in information, contact the Employee Resource Center’s Human Resources Department to obtain your unique site log-in information.
A few things to remember prior to placing an Office Depot order:
- All orders should be placed online.
- Order should be placed after reviewing your office supply inventory.
- No more than a 90 day supply of any given item should be ordered at a time.
- Financial review of the office expense account must be taken into consideration before placing orders to avoid over spending.
- In the rare case that an office supply is needed right away, petty cash can be used to purchase small office supply items from your local supply store. Visit Petty Cash for more information.
